Upgrade your plan
To upgrade:
- In the [Billing] section, click
Change plan
.
- Select the plan you want to change to.
- You’ll see the order summary for your package. Click
Submit order
if everything looks good.
If you upgrade your plan in the middle of a billing interval:
- The new plan will take effect immediately.
- You will be charged immediately for the new plan. The amount due will be reduced based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed. To calculate the price difference when changing plans: Remaining days * (new plan fee - old plan fee) / 30.
Downgrade your plan

Before downgrading, ensure that the new plan includes enough profiles to accommodate your current usage. If your existing number of profiles exceeds the limit of the new plan, the downgrade won't be successful.

To downgrade:
- In the [Billing] section, click
Change plan
.
- Select the plan you want to change to.
- Click
Submit order
.
If you downgrade your plan in the middle of a billing interval:
- The new plan will take effect immediately.
- Just a friendly heads-up: if you switch to a less expensive plan, we won't be able to refund the difference. It's worth taking a moment to think through your options before making the change. Also, keep in mind that any cool features not included in your new plan will no longer be available right away.
